P&D Build converted a large warehouse into office space for a local company, adding a data room, meeting room, and welfare facilities. The project included full fire safety installations, CCTV, intruder systems, door access controls, and an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system for vehicle management including all associated groundworks.

A key feature was the kitchen fit-out along with male, female, and disabled bathrooms. All works undertaken by our expert team here at P&D Build. We maintained clear communication with the client throughout the project, ensuring flexibility to adapt to evolving needs.
